1. Introduction

Welcome to Random.Meme ("the Platform"), operated byAtlas Foundry Limited, a British Virgin Islands company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Random.Meme is NOT a token seller or broker. The Platform is a blockchain-based application that randomly selects memecoins for users based on predefined parameters. The purchasing of tokens is done via smart contracts that interact directly with the target blockchain and decentralized exchanges connected at. We do not issue, sell, promote, or endorse any specific cryptocurrency.

User discretion is required. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are purchasing memecoins through an automated process and that Random.Meme only facilitates a connection to the blockchain and smart contracts.

No guarantee of value. Memecoins purchased through the Platform may have no intrinsic value and could be abandoned projects, extremely volatile assets, or completely worthless.

3. High Risk Disclaimer

Memecoins are speculative and high risk. By using Random.Meme, you accept that memecoin investments are highly volatile, prone to rapid losses, and could result in a total loss of funds.

No financial advice. The Platform does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any decision to purchase memecoins is made at your own risk.

User responsibility. You are solely responsible for managing your digital assets and understanding the risks involved.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction ) to use the Platform.

You must reside in a jurisdiction where participating in this type of activity is legal. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not restricted from doing so under any applicable laws.

5. Platform Fees and Changes

Transaction Fees: The Platform charges a percentage-based fee for each transaction. Fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Other Costs: Blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) may apply and are not controlled by Random.Meme.

Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.

6. No Guarantees or Refunds

All purchases are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or claims against the Platform for any reason, including token performance, losses, or price fluctuations.

No guarantees of profitability. Past performance does not indicate future results, and memecoins may lose 100% of their value.

7. Airdrop Points & Reward System

Airdrop points do not guarantee rewards. Points collected through the Platform's reward system are purely for engagement purposes and do not entitle users to any guaranteed benefits, payouts, or future claims.

No monetary value. Airdrop points cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted into real-world currency.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the reward system at any time for any reason

8. Privacy & Data Use

Limited Data Collection: We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is required for transaction processing and engagement tracking.

Third-Party Services: We may integrate with external wallets and payment processors. Using these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

We take reasonable steps to secure user data, but we do not guarantee protection against hacks or exploits.

No liability for losses. The Platform is not responsible for any financial losses, smart contract failures, market movements, hacks, or any other risks associated with using memecoins.

Indemnification. By using Random.Meme, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Bristish Virgin Islands.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bristish Virgin Islands, with each party covering its own costs.

No Class Actions: Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against the Platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
